1. Fund support. You can support us in the following ways:
to buy film tickets: 200 CNY/set (400 sets of tickets for sale)
to register Industry Activities: 2500 CNY/ delegate (200 pass for sale)
to advertise on iDOCS brochure: 4000 CNY/ page ( 3 pages for advertisement)
Supports on specific items:
Flights of invited international guests: 4,000 CNY/ person, 10 guests (140,000 CNY in total)
Transport films by FedEx: 1000 CNY/ film, 20 films (20,000 CNY in total)
Subtitling: 3000 CNY/ film, 20 films (60,000 CNY in total)
Simultaneous interpretation equipment: 20,000 CNY
Simultaneous interpretation: 8000 CNY/ day, 5 days (40,000 CNY in total)
Car renting and transport: 3000 CNY/ day, 5 days (15,000 CNY in total)
Hotels: 600 CNY/ day, 6 days, 12 guests (43,200 CNY in total)
Publicity (design & printing): 30,000 CNY
P.S: To give thanks to the individuals and organizations who sponsor the specific item(s) or give financial support, we will put their names on the iDOCS brochure, posters, back side of film tickets, and acknowledgements at the end of the each screening films.
2. Volunteers in need:
English translation: to translate text materials and subtitle lists of 30 films (Working time: now till mid Nov, 2011. P.S: since each screening film must go through the SARFT censorship, we have to translate films more than we can screen on iDOCS.)
iDOCS website maintenance: to update and edit the contents of iDOCS website (Working time: now – early Dec, 2011)
Artistic design: Design for forum’s poster and flyer (Time: now – end of Oct, 2011. Urgent!!)
Artistic editing: typesetting of iDOCS brochure and film tickets (Time: now – end of Nov, 2011)
English Simultaneous interpretation: for iDOCS Industry Activities (Time: 12th – 17th, Dec, 2011)
English interpretation: interpretation on Q&A after screenings, and to assist welcoming and treating international guests (Time: 10th – 17th, Dec, 2011)
3. Special offer of bars and restaurants (Needed in 2-3 nights during 12th – 17th , about 3 hours for each night)
