Job Descriptions and Requirements:
Art Editors: Design and edit manuals and posters of the conference
1. Good command of editing and composing software, such as AI and Indesign
2. Having basic skills of drawing and good aesthetic sentiment
3. Who has the experience in printing technology will be preferred
4. Cheerful personality, Active thinking and Good at communication
Conference Operations Volunteers: Assist in coordination, maintain order and offering service during the conference
1.Have good English translation skill, and who has the related experience before will be preferred
2.Ability of organize and coordinate, Good communication skill and language competence
3.Strong sense of responsibility, ability of execution and capacity of strain
4.Adequate time and stable schedule, guaranteeing shifts will not be changed easily once be identified
Accompanied Interpreters: Accompany foreign guests and arrange their activities during the conference
